Introducing Charlotte, or as she's affectionately known at the restaurant "Lottie".
Judging by the image above, you would be wrong jumping to the conclusion that Lottie spends her sparetime outside of the work inflicting a form of Mixed Martial Arts as sport on the unsuspecting general public. However, sport, or more specifically, Football, is very much an endeavour that interests her.
The right footed, French educated, defensive midfield, semi-professional "enforcer" footballer can often be found handing out yellow cards for misbehaviour by the kitchen staff (particularly Steve - more on him later) whilst declaring that "It's coming home!".
Current favourite dish from the kitchen : Anything that appears on the specials board.
When not in the kitchen : Keepy-upies. Lots of them.
